The HR Director position is an integral member of the leadership team and critical to the successful launch and administration of the Retirement Loan Eraser Program.

OVERVIEW

The Human Resource Director will plan, lead, direct, develop, and coordinate the policies and activities that ensure Custodia has the talent to meet our mission while adhering to legal and compliance obligations.

ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS

Core Responsibilities:

  • Collaborates with senior leadership to understand goals and strategy related to staffing, recruiting, and retention.
  • Identifies staffing and recruiting needs; develops and executes best practices for hiring and talent management.
  • Leads recruiting for the company. Recruits, interviews, and hires new employees.
  • Ensures a seamless process for onboarding new employees
  • Handles discipline and termination of employees in accordance with company policy.
  • Administers human resource programs including compensation, benefits, and leave; disciplinary matters; disputes and investigations; performance and talent management; productivity, recognition, and morale; occupational health and safety; and training and development.
  • Conducts research and analysis of organizational trends from human resource information system (HRIS) or talent management system.
  • Monitors and ensures the organizations compliance with federal, state, and local employment laws and regulations. Implements best practices.
  • Performs other duties as required.
