The Project Leader position is an integral member of the leadership team and critical to the successful launch and administration of the Retirement Loan Eraser Program.

OVERVIEW

The Project Leader is responsible for the Implementation of new business and reports to the Head of Operations. The successful person will be expected to build and oversee a team of Project Managers as well as multiple implementation projects.  Additionally, the executive will assist Sales and Relationship Managers during the sales process to explain the different functions and attributes of Retirement Loan Eraser.

The primary responsibility is to manage the onboarding of RLE at record keepers and plan sponsors, both managing projects yourself as well as building a team of Project Managers. The ideal candidate will work in concert with business partners, sales, and operations to provide a seamless service to our customers while meeting important onboarding goals.

ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS

Core Responsibilities:

  • Lead the market integration of the RLE program
  • Implement RLE at record keepers and plan sponsors, including the establishment of agreements, technology, administrative documents, and print and rollout communications
  • Manage projects and people.
  • Meet project management responsibilities for assigned clients including managing scope, project plans, project meetings, stakeholders and reporting.
  • Establish clear expectations and a solutions-based approach to enhance client relations during the handling of any escalations or risk issues.
  • Recruit, train and oversee new associates
  • Participate in company projects to improve the business
  • Develop best practices and tools for project execution and management
  • Represent implementation at sales meetings
  • Maintain in-depth knowledge of retirement and insurance practices and regulations
