The Project Manager position is an integral member of the leadership team and critical to the successful launch and administration of the Retirement Loan Eraser Program.

OVERVIEW

The primary responsibility of the Project Manager is to implement RLE at record keepers and plan sponsors and manage any related projects. Additionally, the candidate will be responsible for assisting Sales and Relationship Managers during the sales process to assist with the rollout of the Retirement Loan Eraser program.

ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS

Core Responsibilities:

  • Plan and schedule project plans and milestones using appropriate tools (MS Project)
  • Identify project stakeholders and requirements.
  • Manage and coordinate with project team to define scope, schedule, budget, and risks
  • Lead project meetings, status calls; coordinate project activities and manage stakeholders.
  • Document the communication plan, change management plan and escalation plans
  • Identify and manage dependencies. Use a solution-based approach to handle any escalated situations
  • Develop and deliver status updates, progress reports, proposals, requirements documentation and presentations. Review and manage change requests.
  • Ensure project management software tools are being updated in a timely manner
  • Develop business relationships vital to the success of the project.
  • Participate in company projects to improve the business.
  • Represent implementation at sales meetings
